• Welcome to your first week in Nutrition1 - Autumn 2022  course!
    In the first session: We will introduce the teaching team and provide you with an overview of the Nutrition I course and assessments.  
    In the second session: you will learn about Nutrient Evidence-Based Nutrition and how you can tell whether nutrition information online and in publications are credible.  Make sure you complete the tasks presented in the interactive books for the session this week. You will need this background knowledge to engage in class discussions next week and to be an active participant in your live sessions. Your in-class activity will be reflected in your participation mark.
