Dear students,
My name is Will and I will be delivering the course called Scientific Skills and Communication this year in Nanjing. I have been to Nanjing once before last year, 2016, and I cannot wait to come again and meet all of you lovely students.

Students will:
•Understand
the structure of a scientific report and what comprises one;
•Understand
the significance and function of each section of a scientific report;
•Know
how to write and complete a scientific report that is of an academic standard;
•Understand
and apply referencing;
•Be
introduced to both peer and independent learning; and
•Apply
strategies to maximise the output of group work.
