This course is for CUMT students who major in Civil Engineering.

This course is designed to equip you with Construction project management skills and particular emphasis on construction site management and the management of design and development of infrastructure/building projects. Management aspects of project planning, risk, and environmental impact assessment, cost and cash flow management, and progress manageement throughout the life cycle of projects, from project development stage through delivery, commissioning and operation, are taught in this course. Attention is also given to modern management topics such as concurrent engineering. Your ability and proficiency will be assessed through written examinations
